Mystery Bus Trip

On Saturday November 6th Bakersfield North Rotarian's were asked to show up at two respective Bakersfield parking lots to catch a "Mystery Bus" to an unknown location for a "good time." A huge Orange Belt Bus was waiting for us westsiders at the marketplace parking lot...North Rotarian "Lead Dogs" were Dan Panero and son Jacob. The bus was stocked and off we went to pick up the "downtowners"...President Bernie LeBeau promised all of us it would be a good time......everyone seemed to have "wined" down" as we were winding up the canyon. We made it up to a beautiful new place that sits on the Kern River..called the Lodge at Painted Rock...great new place just up the hill from us!
